Rural Studies Programme

Topic based learning to enhance the curriculum.

 

A programme of farm, environmental, gardening and team work activities, which provide interesting topics for cross curricular study in our 54 acre outdoor classroom.

 

This project is a stimulating and exciting way to meet elements of the curriculum for KS 1 and 2 and those from KS 3 and 4 with special educational needs who find studying in the classroom challenging.

Delivered 1 or 2 days a week for a minimum of 12 weeks which can be extended up to 36 weeks as required.

​

Adequate support staff would be expected to accompany students. Transport from a central point can be arranged.
